Nassau, Bahamas (January 22, 2004) - Cã-Botics Fiber Systems has completed the licensing of the Middle Eastern countries of Kuwait, Iraq, United Arab Emirates and Qatar to STAR™ Middle East. Omid Hamed representing STAR™ Middle East is exciting about the possibilities of bringing this technology to this part of the world. Omid said that "STAR™ will enable us to bridge the technology gap and enable us to compete globally by making highspeed access and communications available quickly and cost effectively." STAR™ runs cable through the existing underground sewers, permitting the placement of fiber cable up to eight to ten times faster and at one third to two thirds the cost of traditional excavation methods.
