MIDDLE EAST MARKETING AGREEMENT EXECUTED Salmiya, Kuwait (May 1, 2004) - A joint Agency Agreement was executed between American Logistics Services Company W.L.L. a Kuwaiti based company and STAR™ Middle East who is the licensee of Cã-Botics Fiber Systems for the STAR™ process. American Logistics will represent and market STAR™ and STAR™ Middle East in the Middle Eastern countries of Kuwait, Iraq, United Arab Emirates and Qatar STAR™ will enable the rapid deployment of fiber networks in this region by installing fiber cable through the existing underground sewers. It is up to eight to ten times faster then traditional construction methods and much more cost effective. Jack J.
